Why live free now?
Welcome, my name is Felicity Quadri. I created live free now to help people who are outwardly capable, insightful, and functioning - yet inwardly constrained by belief patterns they no longer identify with, and the problems those beliefs cause in day-to-day life.
I’ve been there (and am still a work in progress). I’ve felt internally trapped and felt broken, doomed to keep repeating the same behaviours over and over - because my subconscious mind was still protecting me in outdated ways.
This work is about helping you see clearly what was formed in moments of stress or self-protection (usually when you were a lot younger and as a dependent) - and releasing it with respect, safety, and care.
I’ve come to understand that freedom doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from surrendering what is not true to reveal the truth and expansiveness of who you inherently are. This truth is always present underneath the false ideas we learned to believe about ourselves over time.
My approach
My approach is grounded, ethical, and focused on responsibility rather than rescue.
I believe lasting change happens when the subconscious mind is met with understanding - not force.
My philosophy
Whether I was working in design or subconscious work, I have always been focused on getting to the root of a problem - so I can understand it in depth, and then see it with new eyes. It’s in the space afforded by a new perspective that we can let go of what no longer serves us and create change for the better.
Across more than 25 years in design and customer experience research, I wasn’t just creating visuals or systems. I was helping people find clarity, articulate what they truly wanted, and make sense of complexity. I listened for what was said - and what wasn’t. I translated ambiguity into structure, identified the real problem beneath the surface, and helped people see the bigger picture.
That same orientation sits at the heart of my work today.
I believe most people aren’t stuck because they’re incapable or unwilling. They’re stuck because the subconscious mind is still running patterns formed in moments of stress, protection, or belonging - patterns that once served a purpose, but no longer do.
My work is about bringing those patterns into awareness, understanding why they formed, and releasing what no longer needs to drive your thoughts, behaviours, and choices.
You are not broken. You are not a problem to be solved. You are a complex, capable human being whose operating system can be updated.

Why I do this work
My career gradually moved from graphic design into customer experience and design research, driven by a personal deep interest in people - what drives us, how we make decisions, and why we repeat the same patterns - even when we don’t like the results.
Alongside my professional work, I spent more than two decades exploring personal development, psychology, and the mind–body connection. This included deep yoga studies, naturopathic training, and living and working in India. I was always trying to understand how beliefs shape behaviour, and how the mind influences the body.
Like many, I’ve done every workshop, dived into every mind, body, spirit connection methodology, process and practice available, read all the books, done all the things….for decades.
Despite all that learning, I experienced a persistent gap: I could understand what I needed to let go of, but changing what did not serve me - consistently and deeply - was another story.
Discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) showed me a direct, practical way to work with the subconscious patterns that drive behaviour. It connected insight with real change.
This career shift was not about leaving design behind. It’s been about following what has been calling me for decades: understanding human patterns at their root and helping people change them with clarity and respect. So they can discover who they are at their core and live the life of freedom we’re all called to.
How I work
My work is grounded, structured, and deeply personalised. I combine RTT, subconscious belief work, and practical integration so that change is not just felt in a session, but lived in your daily life.

Root cause clarity
I start by identifying the unconscious patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints that are driving your current behaviours and results.
I’m not interested in surface-level fixes - my focus is on the real drivers beneath the symptoms.

Rapid subconscious change
Using RTT and guided hypnosis, I work directly with your subconscious mind to help you release outdated beliefs and install new, empowering ones.
This is where the real shift happens - often in one or two sessions - depending on how longstanding the issue is.

Integration & embodiment
Transformation only sticks when it’s integrated. You’ll receive a personalised recording to reinforce your new beliefs and help you embody sustainable change in your relationships, health, work, and self-concept.

I bring a strategic, analytical, and empathic lens from my background in design and research. That means we translate insights into real-world action - clear steps, measurable shifts, and sustainable habits that support your freedom.
My intention is simple: to help you feel free - mentally, emotionally, and in the choices you make in your life.
What freedom means here
Freedom is not about perfection or constant happiness. It’s about not being unconsciously driven by beliefs such as “I’m not enough,” “I don’t belong,” or “What I want isn’t available to me.”
When those beliefs loosen, you gain choice. You respond instead of react. You design your life more consciously.
That is the freedom I care about.
