What to expect

I use a three-phase process designed to support deep, responsible change - with clarity and freedom at its core.

A Rapid Transformational Therapy® experience typically follows this 5-step process:

  • 1. Book a clarity call

We begin with a conversation about what’s been weighing on you, where you feel stuck, and what you’d love to change.

Should you choose to proceed, we’ll schedule your session, and I’ll send you some information to help you get the most out of the experience.

  • 2. Schedule your session

Should you choose to proceed with this inner work, you schedule and pay for your session or a package that’s right for you.

I’ll send you a Client Agreement and Client Intake form to complete, as well as some information to help you get the most out of your experience.

  • 3. Attend your session

We begin by exploring your experiences, and triggers in a supportive space. We also spend time getting crystal clear on what freedom looks like for you on the other side, ensuring the work is focused, safe, and aligned.

From there, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, where we uncover the deep beliefs, emotional patterns or past experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel or respond today.

We then work with the subconscious mind to safely shift outdated beliefs, emotional blocks and protective patterns that are no longer aligned with who you are becoming -releasing and reframing at the root.

As old patterns are released, we begin reinforcing new beliefs that support the goals you want to achieve.

  • 4. Rewire with repetition

You’ll receive a personalised transformational audio recording designed specifically for you and your goals.

Our minds learn through repetition, so listening daily over 21 days helps strengthen new neural pathways and integrate the changes at a subconscious level.

Listening to your recording is vital for making what was previously unfamiliar, absolutely familiar, and hard-coded in your new reality.

  • 5. Integrate the change

Clients often notice shifts in the way they think, feel, respond and show up in their lives - with greater clarity, confidence, emotional resilience and self-trust. Changes or shifts can show up immediately, incrementally and retrospectively - it’s different for everyone.

You’ll also receive follow-up support to help you integrate the changes and continue moving forward.

Change happens in the session. Freedom stabilises in the integration.

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

What this work is - and what it isn’t

This is not a quick fix, a performance hack, or a promise that everything will instantly resolve.

It is:

  • A respectful, depth-based process

  • A way of working with the subconscious rather than fighting it

  • An invitation to release what no longer needs to run your life

Your role is willingness and honesty.

My role is guidance, safety, and skill.

Frequently Asked Questions

About RTT:

  • RTT uses hypnosis, but it is far more than relaxation or positive suggestion.

The focus is on identifying and updating the root belief or emotional imprint that created the pattern in the first place. Rather than managing symptoms, we work at the level where the pattern began.

RTT integrates elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and cognitive behavioural principles to create resolution — not just temporary insight.

  • Each RTT session lasts approximately two hours.

I recommend allowing extra time on either side so you don’t feel rushed. This is focused, meaningful work, and giving yourself space before and after supports deeper integration.

  • Insight is powerful - but insight alone doesn’t always create change.

Many clients come in with a strong intellectual awareness of their patterns. What RTT offers is the opportunity to revisit the belief formed at the time and update it from a more resourced, adult perspective.

Often, the subconscious reveals connections that differ from what you expected. The goal isn’t just understanding. It’s resolution.

  • You do not relive experiences in RTT. You review them from a safe, supported and resourceful state.

You remain aware that you are safe in the present moment. The process is designed to allow understanding and healing without re-traumatisation, and you are guided carefully throughout.

  • Yes. RTT is grounded in established therapeutic practices and has been used safely with thousands of clients worldwide.

The process is structured to support emotional resilience, not overwhelm. Your safety and stability are always prioritised.

  • Yes. RTT is equally effective online.

Many clients prefer working from the privacy and comfort of their own home. You’ll receive clear instructions beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The therapeutic process works the same way whether we are in the same room or connected online.

  • Traditional talk therapy often focuses on ongoing exploration and management.

RTT works differently. When the root belief driving a pattern is identified and updated, the behaviour connected to it often shifts naturally.

While many clients experience noticeable change quickly, every person and every issue is unique. One focused session can be powerful - and sometimes further work is appropriate. We decide that together.

RTT creates remarkable positive changes in clients’ lives, and those changes may be noticed instantly, incrementally, and retrospectively.

  • RTT is designed to create meaningful change efficiently, and many people experience strong results from one session focused on a specific issue.

However, layered or complex patterns may benefit from additional sessions. Some clients also choose to continue working together to address other areas of life or to receive integration support.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss what feels appropriate for you.

About Hypnosis:

  • Hypnosis feels slightly different for everyone.

Some people feel deeply relaxed. Others feel completely aware, as though they’re simply having a conversation with their eyes closed. Many describe it as similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a film.

How it feels is not an indicator of how effective it is. Even clients who feel fully aware often experience significant change.

  • Hypnosis helps you enter a relaxed, focused state where the analytical mind softens and the subconscious becomes more accessible.

In this state, you can explore earlier beliefs, emotional imprints and patterns with greater clarity. It’s not about losing control - it’s about gaining access to a deeper understanding.

This is what allows RTT to work at the root of an issue rather than only addressing surface behaviours.

The American Psychological Association highlights research showing clinical hypnosis can improve outcomes for issues such as anxiety, pain, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.

  • No.

You remain aware and in control at all times. You can speak, move, adjust your position, or open your eyes whenever you choose.

Hypnosis is collaborative. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. I guide the process - you remain in control of your experience.

Being in hypnosis is really just about being in a state of deep relaxation, which allows your conscious mind to take a break and your subconscious mind to come into your awareness.

  • No.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention - not unconsciousness. If a session were interrupted for any reason, you would simply return to full waking awareness on your own.

  • Nearly everyone can enter hypnosis because it is a natural mental state.

You don’t need special skills, and anxiety does not prevent you from experiencing hypnosis. As long as you’re willing to engage and follow guidance, you can access the state needed for the work.

Most people are pleasantly surprised by how natural it feels.

  • Depth isn’t something you need to measure.

Many clients who feel completely aware during the session still experience powerful change. The effectiveness of RTT isn’t determined by how ‘deep’ you think you’ve gone.

Your role is simply to engage and allow the process.

Results & expectations:

  • Change can show up in different ways:

Immediately - You notice a clear shift during or shortly after the session.
Incrementally - Changes unfold steadily over days or weeks.
Retrospectively - You recognise the transformation later when you look back and realise what has shifted.

Everyone’s experience is different. Listening consistently to your personalised recording strengthens and supports the process.

  • It’s completely normal to feel unsure. Most people do before their first session.

You don’t need absolute certainty - you simply need a willingness to explore whether the pattern you’re experiencing is ready to shift.

The clarity call allows us to determine together whether RTT is the right approach for you. If it is, we move forward confidently. If it isn’t, I will tell you honestly.

  • No ethical therapist can guarantee results.

RTT has helped thousands of people worldwide experience meaningful change. However, transformation is collaborative. Your readiness, honesty, and follow-through - particularly listening to your personalised recording for the recommended period - significantly influence outcomes.

When you engage fully, the process is far more powerful.

  • RTT focuses on emotional patterns, beliefs and stress responses.

Some clients report improvements in physical symptoms after resolving underlying emotional factors. However, RTT is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat physical conditions.

If you are experiencing pain or physical symptoms, it is essential that you consult a qualified medical professional. RTT should be considered complementary to - not a replacement for - appropriate medical care.

If you’re unsure whether RTT is suitable for your situation, we can discuss that during your consultation.
