Live Free Now provides Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and related personal development services.

All services are intended to support personal insight, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural change. Individual results may vary.

Services may include:

• RTT sessions

• Integration sessions

• Coaching or support sessions

• Audio recordings or supporting materials

Sessions will be delivered online, depending on availability.

2. Eligibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in the services provided.

3. Payment

All session fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Live Free Now reserves the right to change pricing at any time, however the price confirmed at booking will always be honoured.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

Because sessions require preparation and reserved time, the following policy applies:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.

Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency.

5. Client responsibility

RTT and coaching work best when clients actively participate in the process.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following sessions.

• Lasting change requires engagement with the process and integration of insights.

6. Intellectual property

All materials provided by Live Free Now, including:

• session recordings

• hypnosis recordings

• written resources

• website content

are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.

They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, Live Free Now is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses

• personal decisions made after sessions

• misuse of provided materials

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Website use

You agree not to:

• misuse this website

• attempt to access restricted areas

• reproduce or distribute website content without permission
