Welcome to Live Free Now (www.livefreenow.com.au). By accessing this website or booking services with Live Free Now, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Live Free Now provides Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and related personal development services.

All services are intended to support personal insight, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural change. Individual results may vary by individual, and no specific results are promised. 

Services may include:

• RTT sessions

• Integration sessions

• Coaching or support sessions; or

• Audio recordings or supporting materials

Sessions will be delivered online, depending on availability.

2. Eligibility

Prior to booking a session, you acknowledge, understand and agree that: 

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or guardian; and 

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in the services provided and at your own willingness. 

3. Payment

All session fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Payment is required at the time of booking, and no less than 48 hours before the session commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Live Free Now reserves the right to change pricing at any time and for any reason; however the price confirmed upon booking will always be honoured. 

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

Because sessions require preparation and reserved time, the following policy applies:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

• If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.

Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency.

5. Packages, expired and unused sessions 

Where we offer multi-session packages, the package inclusions, fees and any stated delivery timeframe will be as described at the time of purchase or booking. 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, package sessions must be used within the period specified at the time of purchase. If no period is specified, package sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Unused sessions that are not booked or completed within the applicable package period will expire and be forfeited, and no refund, credit or extension will be provided, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by us in writing. 

Package sessions are personal to you and are not transferable to another person unless we agree otherwise in writing. 

If you choose not to continue with a package after purchase, any refund, credit or adjustment will be at our discretion and subject to the cancellation policy and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. 

6. Suitability 

Our services are intended for educational and personal development purposes and are designed to support personal insight, emotional wellbeing and behavioural change. 

RTT, coaching and related services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. 

By booking or participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that: 

• Our services may not be suitable for every person, issue or circumstance; 

• You are responsible for providing accurate, honest and complete information relevant to your circumstances, to the best of your knowledge; 

• If you have any medical, psychological or mental health concerns, or are experiencing pain or physical symptoms, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional; and 

• Where appropriate, our services are to be used as complementary support and not as a replacement for medical or psychological care. 

We may, in our discretion, decline, pause, suspend or discontinue services where we consider that: 

• The services are not suitable for your circumstances; 

• Crisis, emergency, medical or specialist mental health support is more appropriate; or 

• Further information, screening, informed consent or external professional support is reasonably required before services continue. 

If you are unsure whether our services are suitable for your situation, this may be discussed during your consultation or clarity call. 

7. Health and mental health disclosures / informed consent 

By booking or participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that RTT, coaching and related services provided by Live Free Now are offered for educational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. 

You acknowledge that: 

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in the services provided; 

• RTT is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical or psychological care; 

• If you have a medical or mental health condition, or if you are experiencing pain or physical symptoms, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional, and RTT should be considered complementary to, not a replacement for, appropriate medical care; 

• If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, are in crisis, or require urgent support, you must seek assistance from an appropriate emergency service or a qualified medical or mental health professional; 

• Hypnosis is intended to involve a relaxed and focused state and is not about losing control, and individual experiences of hypnosis may vary; and 

• Outcomes vary between individuals and no specific result can be guaranteed. 

You agree to provide accurate, honest and complete information relevant to your health, wellbeing and circumstances to the best of your knowledge, including any information which may affect the suitability or safe delivery of the services. 

8. No crisis or emergency service 

Our services are not a crisis or emergency service and are not suitable for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you are in a crisis, experiencing severe mental health symptoms, or require urgent support, you must contact an appropriate emergency service or seek assistance from a qualified medical or mental health professional. We may decline, suspend or discontinue services where we consider that crisis, emergency or specialist support is more appropriate. 

9. Confidentiality 

We respect your privacy and treat information you share with us in connection with your enquiries, bookings, sessions and services as confidential. 

Subject to applicable law, we will not disclose your confidential or sensitive personal information to third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is reasonably necessary: 

• To comply with a legal obligation, subpoena or court order; 

• To meet mandatory reporting obligations under applicable State or Commonwealth law; 

• To respond to an immediate or imminent risk of harm to you or another person; or 

• As otherwise permitted or required by law. 

Your personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

10. Recordings and session materials 

We may provide hypnosis recordings, audio recordings, written resources or other supporting materials as part of our services. All such materials are the intellectual property of Live Free Now, are protected by copyright, and are provided for your personal use only. You must not copy, share, reproduce or distribute them to any other person without our prior written permission. Any recordings or materials may be provided and stored electronically as part of our service delivery and record-keeping practices. 

11. Online sessions / technology 

Some services may be delivered online using video conferencing, email, scheduling systems or other digital platforms. By booking or participating in an online session, you acknowledge and agree that electronic communication and third-party technology may be used as part of the delivery of our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and a private and appropriate environment for any online session. You are also responsible for following any reasonable instructions we provide before the session to help ensure the session runs smoothly. 

We will take reasonable steps to deliver online services with due care and to protect your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, reduced quality, or a failure of a session to proceed to the extent caused by internet outages, platform failures, device issues, telecommunication problems, power outages, or other technology-related issues outside of our reasonable control. 

If an online session is materially disrupted due to a technical issue, we may, acting reasonably, continue the session by another agreed method, reschedule the session, or otherwise make appropriate arrangements having regard to the circumstances. 

Our website and online services may involve third-party platforms, analytics tools, cookies or external links. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms, and your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. 

Nothing in this clause excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

12. Practitioner right to refuse, suspend or terminate services 

We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to refuse, pause, suspend or terminate the provision of services to you where we consider it necessary or appropriate. 

This may include circumstances where: 

• The services are not suitable for your circumstances; 

• Crisis, emergency, medical or specialist mental health support is more appropriate; 

• You fail to provide information reasonably required for us to deliver the services safely or appropriately; 

• You do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any reasonable directions relating to the services; 

• You fail to pay fees when due, unless otherwise agreed in writing; 

• Your behaviour is abusive, inappropriate, threatening or otherwise disrupts the safe and professional delivery of the services; 

• You engage in unlawful, unethical or improper conduct in connection with the services; or 

• You repeatedly fail to attend, participate in, or cooperate with the service process in a way that prevents us from providing the services appropriately. 

Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you if services are refused, suspended or terminated. Any rights to reschedule, refund or retain fees will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Termination or suspension of services does not affect any accrued rights, including our right to be paid for services already provided or booked, to the extent permitted by law. 

13. Complaints process 

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details in these Terms and Conditions. We will consider your complaint in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable time. If your complaint is not resolved, you may request that it be escalated for further review. 

14. File & record retention 

We may keep records relating to your enquiries, bookings, sessions and services, including personal information and session-related materials, in secure electronic or other storage systems. 

Client records are stored securely and will generally be retained for a minimum of seven years following the archive of your file, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. 

After the applicable retention period, we may securely destroy, delete or de-identify records in accordance with our legal and operational requirements. 

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have to request access to your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. 

15. Force Majeure / events outside control 

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, internet disruptions, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions or technical failures. Where this occurs, we may suspend, reschedule or delay services as reasonably necessary. Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

16. Client responsibility

RTT and coaching work best when clients actively participate in the process.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following sessions; and 

• Lasting change is best achieved through engagement with the process and integration of insights provided, as well as structured recommendations. 

17. Intellectual property

All materials provided by Live Free Now, including: 

• session recordings; 

• hypnosis recordings; 

• written resources; and 

• website content. 

All Property of Live Free Now, are protected under copyright legislation, and are for your personal tailored use only. 

Resources must not be reproduced, copied, shared or distributed to other individuals, companies or third parties, without the prior written permission of our office. 

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, Live Free Now is not liable for: 

• indirect or consequential losses; 

• any personal decisions made after made following sessions; or 

• the misuse or incorrect application of provided materials. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 

19. Website use

You agree not to:

• misuse this website

• attempt to access restricted areas without authority or consent; or 

• reproduce or distribute website content without prior consent or permission. 

20. Variation of Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time without notification. The latest version will always be available on our website. 

21. Enforceability 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is to be read down to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such is not possible, the provision is to be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect. 

22. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using this website, or by booking, purchasing or using any services provided by Live Free Now, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website or book, purchase or use our services. 

These Terms and Conditions apply together with any other policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and any separate client agreement, intake form or informed consent document that applies to the services provided. 

23. Governing law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or conduct or services of Live Free Now will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland. 

24. Not medical or psychological advice 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and related services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. 

Nothing on this website or in sessions should be interpreted as independent medical advice, and any services provided should only be used as complementary treatment. 

25. Entire agreement 

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference, set out the entire agreement between you and Live Free Now in relation to your use of the website and the services provided by Live Free Now, and replace all prior discussions, representations, understandings and agreements relating to that subject matter. 

If you book a service with Live Free Now, any separate client agreement, intake form or informed consent document that you are asked to complete will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions to the extent relevant to the services being provided. 

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
