3. Attend your session
We begin by exploring your experiences, triggers, and goals in a safe and supportive space. From there, you’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, where we uncover the deep beliefs, emotional patterns or past experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel or respond today.
We then work with the subconscious mind to safely shift outdated beliefs, emotional blocks and protective patterns that are no longer aligned with who you are becoming.
As old patterns are released, we begin reinforcing new beliefs that support the goals you want to achieve.
