Refunds policy

Live Free Now aims to provide clarity and fairness in relation to bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds. 

This Refunds Policy applies to sessions, packages and related services booked with Live Free Now. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

1. General payment terms

 All fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), and payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

2. Change of mind 

Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not generally provided for change of mind.  

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

 Because sessions require preparation and reserved time, the following policy applies: 

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session; 

• If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled appointment or a credit to be used toward a future booking; 

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee; and 

• If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time. 

Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergency. 

4. Refunds for single sessions

Unless otherwise required by law: 

• Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable; 

• Where a session is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, a refund, credit or rescheduling option may be offered; and 

• Where a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee may be retained. 

5. Packages

Live Free Now may offer multi-session packages. 

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, or as required by law: 

• Package fees are non-refundable once the package has commenced; 

• If part of a package has already been used, any refund request may be assessed by reference to the sessions or inclusions already provided; 

• Unused sessions or inclusions may expire in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions or package terms; and 

• Package sessions and inclusions are non-transferable.  

6. Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions to the usual cancellation and refund position may be made in such cases of genuine emergency. 

Any request for an exception will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

7. Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in this Refunds Policy excludes consumer guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Where you are entitled to a refund, replacement, resupply or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, this policy will be read subject to those rights.
